Role Overview

The organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP), Jira-based ITSM, and Azure DevOps. The role focuses on managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP implementations
• Oversee IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Utilize Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and delivery
• Administer and manage Jira / ITSM environments
• Coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams
• Drive project timelines, scope, and resource allocation
• Monitor project performance and ensure quality deliverables
• Facilitate communication across distributed teams
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP)
• Solid background in IT Project Management / Program Delivery
• Hands-on experience with Jira (administration or ITSM workflows)
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, tracking)
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
• Ability to manage cross-functional and remote teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
