Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure and Architecture

Reliability and Operations

• Monitor production systems and maintain effective alerting to support service availability and performance.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and support timely resolution of production issues.
• Maintain runbooks, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.

Automation and Continuous Improvement

• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent technologies.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
• Monitor cloud usage and spending, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with the team to improve cost efficiency.
