Media Billing Specialist- Part- Time

The Media Billing Specialist will serve as a liaison and support between the Accounting and Media teams in a responsive, efficient, effective, and accurate manner, providing billing administrative duties and acting as a centralized billing contact for all assigned media billing accounts (both linear and digital). Primary responsibilities include reconciling and inputting media invoices into the company's Media Planning and Buying software (MediaOcean: Prisma and Spectra) and working to resolve any invoice discrepancies. In addition, the Media Billing Specialist will be responsible for preparing all media billing packages required by clients in order to process and release payment to media vendors. This includes hardcopy backups and billing summary reports.
