Are You a Creative Powerhouse Who Can Drive Performance?
If you live and breathe direct-response creative strategy, know how to make ads convert, and take full ownership of your work, then this role is for you.
At Organics Ocean, we need a Creative Strategist who turns performance insights into high-converting ad creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. This is an individual contributor, non-leadership role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a high-volume execution mindset. You take accountability for results, pay attention to every detail, and move fast to iterate creative based on data.

What You’ll Own
Full-Funnel Creative Strategy & Output
End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete creative lifecycle, from competitive research (using Motion, Foreplay, Meta Ad Library, or GetHookd) to angle ideation, script writing, visual briefing, and performance review for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Amazon DSP.
High-Volume Briefing Output: Maintain a consistent briefing cadence to support rapid testing, delivering 3-6 creative briefs weekly for primary SKUs and 2-4 creative briefs weekly for secondary SKUs.
AI Tool Integration: Integrate modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield) into scripting, storyboarding, and concepting workflows to accelerate production.
Asset & Workflow Management: Organize creative timelines, briefs, and assets across ClickUp (our project management tool) and Dropbox to ensure on-time delivery to media buyers and editors.
Angle Engineering & Direct-Response Scripting (50–60% of Role)
Precision Scriptwriting: Write line-by-line ad scripts, including visual cues, screen directions, text-on-screen (TOS), and voiceover (VO) instructions, for internal editors and external UGC creators.
Master Storytelling & Pattern Interrupts: Craft narrative-driven ads that combine creative storytelling with direct-response hooks (0-5 seconds) designed to stop feed scrolling.
Formula Translation & Compliance: Dissect complex supplement formulations into simple, benefit-focused marketing angles while strictly adhering to FTC/FDA compliance guidelines (claims vs. benefit structure).
Multi-Format Direction: Oversee the execution of UGC-style content, video ads, static graphics, and motion graphics.
Data-Driven Optimization & Iteration
Testing Architecture: Deploy modular asset variations (hooks, body copy, CTAs, visual pacing) to combat creative fatigue and scale top performers.
Creative Metrics Analysis: Evaluate creative performance indicators (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CVR, CPA) to iterate on visual assets, kill underperformers, and scale winning concepts.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Media Buying Syncs: Maintain a tight operational feedback loop with media buyers to align creative angles with live account data and audience targeting.
Product & CRO Alignment: Partner with Product on launch messaging frameworks and collaborate with the CRO team on pre-sell pages and offer angles (providing strategic creative input, not web execution).
Supply Chain Synchronization: Align creative testing schedules and ad scaling efforts with real-time inventory levels to prevent spending on out-of-stock SKUs.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days:
Integration into System: Seamlessly integrate into company workflows, tool stacks (ClickUp, Dropbox, Slack), and production rhythms, adapting to existing SOPs for brief delivery and cross-department communication.
Traction & Following Direction: Demonstrate quick traction by consistently executing according to strategic direction, receiving feedback constructively, and hitting weekly output goals (3–4 primary SKU briefs and 2 secondary SKU briefs).
Adoption of Culture & Standards: Adopt the brand’s messaging frameworks, compliance standards, and data-driven iteration processes to produce high-converting creative that meets baseline channel KPIs.
Performance Baseline: Audit performance metrics to establish baseline benchmarks for Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, and CVR across all paid channels.
Initial Wins: Launch 3–5 novel compliant creative angles that measurably scale new customer acquisition (NCCPA / NCROAS).
In 12 Months:
Build a fully optimized, AI-assisted creative testing pipeline that produces scalable, modular variations.
Drive a measurable lift in overall ad efficiency while keeping NCPA low across paid social and search channels.
Maintain seamless operational workflows with media buying, CRO, product, and supply chain teams to prevent wasted ad spend.
