KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Define scalable, robust IT architecture at optimal TCO.
Align solutions with business architecture and group IT strategy.
Deliver requirements adhering to standards, best practices and guidelines.
Monitor market solutions and internal technical prescriptions.
Validate solutions architecture and development.
Continuous process improvement & support new process implementations

Develop the team continuously, fostering self-organization and autonomy

Coach and mentor for skill and process improvement.

Understand business operations and advise partners

Plan IT projects and manage obsolescence

Identify IT solution opportunities with architecture team

POTENTIAL CANDIDATE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR;

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Master's Degree in a relevant field would be an asset
10 years of experience in IT Industry with minimum 3 years of experience in solution design
Deep understanding of the infrastructure technology stack and networking
Exposure to SAP/ Salesforce/ BI and Other Business Applications and ability work with Ms Visio
Self-motivated, committed and a good team player
Excellent English communication skills, Customer centricity and service mindset
Passionate for learning and excellent problem solving skills
