Highly organized, proactive, and disciplined in follow-up and pipeline management
Comfortable working in a fast-moving company where processes are improving and not everything is handed to you on a plate

Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Strongly Preferred
Previous experience in a SaaS company
Experience selling software or technical solutions related to construction, architecture, engineering, facilities, inspections, GIS, drones, CAD, asset management, or PropTech Experience selling products such as AutoCAD, Procore, or other technical platforms into relevant industries Experience working with US or European markets Track record of both booking quality meetings and closing business, not just generating activity
Why Join Inspekt AI
Opportunity to join a growing AI-first SaaS company with a product that solves real operational problems
High level of ownership and direct exposure to leadership
Chance to help shape the sales function and commercial process as the company grows
International environment with customers and colleagues across multiple markets
