We're looking for an experienced Senior SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to join our Global Financial Reporting team. You will own technical accounting positions on complex, non-routine transactions and help build our SEC-style external reporting, working closely with teams across our global operations. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert on complex transactions, including M&A and business combinations (ASC 805), financing transactions, revenue recognition (ASC 606), impairment, financial instruments and foreign currency matters.
