INDG is looking for a 3D Art Director to lead the visual direction of CGI stills, animations, and interactive product experiences for Global brands.

Direct CGI Production
Lead virtual shoots across lighting, camera, composition, materials, and animation.
Review renders and identify issues in shaders, reflections, scene setup, comp, or product accuracy.
Give CGI teams precise feedback they can act on.
Keep the work visually strong without losing production control.
Protect Quality at Scale
Maintain consistency across product variants, channels, and deliverables.
Balance visual ambition with timelines, scope, render cost, and review cycles.
Work closely with Producers, Project Managers, creative technologists, and CGI teams.
Make sure the final output works as both image and system.
