About the role

This role sits within a Transformation Team - a small, high-impact group of data analysts and analytics engineers responsible for Improvado 's transformation layer: SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, and analytics products (Martech Recipes, Attribution/MMM, DataPrep) that turn raw marketing data into clean, client-ready datasets. As Senior AI Analyst, you'll own technical delivery on complex client accounts, build and automate analytics workflows, and drive product quality through a combination of deep SQL expertise and applied AI. This is a hands-on individual contributor role — you'll be writing transformation logic, building automation, and directly solving hard problems, not coordinating from a distance.
