Impact Advisors is seeking an experienced Coding Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine, focused, and validation audits of professional coding across multiple specialties to evaluate for coding accuracy, documentation support, compliance requirements and reimbursement impact. The coding auditor will review audit findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to others, monitor coding trends and identify opportunities for quality improvement. This role will effectively track coding issues or trends to escalate them to the Team Lead or Manager to ensure compliance with coding.
