Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct recruiter screens to assess Epic/healthcare IT experience, project background, consulting fit, availability, compensation expectations, and alignment with client and service line needs.
Partner closely with Service Line Leaders, Client Relationship Executives, Staffing, and other business leaders to understand demand, required skills, timing, and hiring priorities.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including communication, interview preparation, feedback, expectations, and offer negotiation.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and hiring activity in Workday and Bullhorn.
Balance multiple active requisitions and pipelines while maintaining responsiveness, speed, quality, and a high-touch candidate experience.
Track recruiting activity and key metrics, including pipeline health, candidate quality, speed to submit, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance.
Build long-term relationships with healthcare IT talent to support both immediate hiring needs and anticipated future demand.
