Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St , we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: The client is a boutique Australian recruitment agency with nearly twenty years in the game and a team that genuinely loves what they do. They specialise in connecting talent with some of the country's most exciting consumer and lifestyle brands spanning fashion, beauty, retail, digital, and everything in between.
They are a small, close-knit team that values long-term relationships over quick wins, both with the clients they serve and the people they bring on board. The previous person in this offshore support role stayed for over three years and that says everything about how they treat their team. If you are looking for stability, growth, and a business that genuinely invests in its people, this is the one.
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Support & Executive Assistant to provide dual support to the agency's recruitment consultants and its director. This is a full-time role that blends hands-on recruitment operations; research, sourcing, database management, and candidate coordination with executive assistance duties supporting the day-to-day running of the business. The right person will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is genuinely interested in both recruitment and operational support.
This is a long-term opportunity with real scope for growth for the right person.
