Who We Are: At Hunt St , we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: Our client is an Australian digital learning and technology company specialising in creating engaging, interactive online learning experiences. Since 2014, they have been helping organisations turn complex information into practical, memorable and enjoyable digital learning through a combination of instructional design, interactive technology, video, animation and custom software.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who can build landing pages, write compelling copy, launch campaigns, configure tracking, and analyse performance independently. Rather than managing agencies or relying on developers for day-to-day marketing execution, you will own the full marketing funnel—from attracting the right audience to converting prospects into active users and paying customers.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will initially focus on attracting course creators to the company's course-building platform, while preparing the marketing foundations and audience for the subsequent launch of its learning marketplace. You will have the opportunity to shape the marketing function, test ideas quickly, and build a measurable acquisition engine from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Conversion Optimisation

Build and launch landing pages for different audiences, campaigns, product editions, and course showcases without relying on a developer.
Run ongoing conversion tests on headlines, offers, page layouts, and calls to action to improve visitor-to-sign-up rates.
Implement and maintain website analytics, conversion events, advertising pixels, and UTM tracking to measure performance accurately.
Lead Generation & Email Marketing
Build lead capture pathways through free sign-ups, waitlists, course previews, webinars, and other relevant lead magnets.
Set up and optimise CRM workflows, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and automated email sequences.
Develop onboarding and nurture campaigns to convert new course creators into active users and prepare learners for the marketplace launch.
Identify and qualify business, university, and other enterprise enquiries, passing relevant opportunities to the CEO with appropriate context.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search and YouTube), and other relevant platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok.
Develop and test ad copy, creative concepts, audience targeting, and campaign structures to generate qualified sign-ups at an efficient cost.
Create short-form videos and visual assets using existing product content and course demonstrations to support paid and organic campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and manage advertising spend against acquisition costs, paying-user conversion, and return on ad spend.
Regularly review campaign results, pause underperforming activities, and scale campaigns that demonstrate sustainable returns.
Analytics, Reporting & Growth
Build and maintain a weekly marketing dashboard connecting advertising spend, website traffic, lead generation, sign-ups, and revenue.
Analyse funnel performance to identify drop-off points, acquisition opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Run structured experiments across messaging, offers, channels, and audiences, documenting findings and applying them to future campaigns.
Establish baseline performance metrics and work with the CEO to set realistic growth targets and marketing budgets.
Prepare the marketing strategy and launch campaigns for the company's upcoming learning marketplace.
