For our Client/US cloud services company/ we are currently seeking a remote, full-time Cloud Engineer who can perform tasks related to Terraform, Kubernetes, and mid-level cloud tasks. This engineer will be performing tasks related to 1-3 client projects for our professional and managed services divisions.
Responsibilities
Be a part of the team meetings & knowledge exchanges.
Comfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels, and documenting solutions
Provide product or service technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Assist in architecting and managing all types of growing applications/infrastructure
Monitor alerts/incidents & act immediately on them during the shift, be available after hours if on-call
Follow alerting support communication escalation procedures (ie client communication, RFOs, etc)
Contribute to a growing database of documentation surrounding infrastructure and applications hosted.
Analyze and resolve problems associated with the operating systems servers, hardware, applications, and software.
Provides product or service technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Working with the entire team to define new efficient practices for current and newly deployed infrastructure.
Working on technology projects to drive them to final succession
Requirements
Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP (minimum 2-3 yrs with one of the two cloud providers)
