DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include, but are not limited to:
Lead functional design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft, primarily focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation (Wage Progression) and Benefits products/modules.
Perform business requirements gathering, business fit-gap analysis, data mapping, business processes analysis and process modeling.
Develop functional solutions, configure system setups, provide functional guidance to technical teams, perform testing and validation, and create associated documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, process and data issues. Identify opportunities for more efficient and effective ways to perform operations.
