Drive Growth. Close Deals. Build Your Future.
Hook + Ladder Digital isn’t just another agency - we’re a high-performance growth partner helping bold brands across North America scale with speed and intention. We believe in empowering our team with the tools, training, and flexibility to win big.
We’re looking for a Strategic Business Development Representative who’s ready to step into a high-impact sales role and build a lucrative book of business from the ground up. If you’re driven, sharp, and excited about ownership, this is your chance to shape your future - and earn accordingly.
What You’ll Do:
As a Strategic Business Development Representative, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help drive our next stage of growth.
Prospect with Purpose: Generate, engage, and qualify new leads across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, video).
Close with Confidence: Deliver tailored proposals, negotiate with clarity, and close high-value accounts.
Support Client Growth: Partner with Client Success Managers on upsells and renewals while deepening client relationships.
Build Strategic Pipelines: Identify ICP-aligned targets and work closely with leadership to refine targeting strategies.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with service leads and marketing to build smart, customized solutions.
Keep it Clean: Maintain accurate pipeline activity, client data, and notes using our CRM.
Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to drive awareness and trust.
What You Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for a confident closer with strong business acumen and a track record of exceeding targets.
5–7 years of B2B sales experience with full-cycle responsibility.
Proven success in consultative and solution-based sales.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
Experience collaborating with technical or creative teams.
Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools (HubSpot, Monday, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Bonus: Familiarity with Challenger Sale methodology or similar consultative frameworks.
A start-up mentality - resilient, adaptable, and results-driven.
What’s In It For You:
We reward impact, not tenure. Whether you're commission-driven or looking for a hybrid model, we align earnings with results.
Base + Performance-Based Commission: Uncapped Earning Potential.
Elite Sales Training: 90-day onboarding program with ongoing mentoring from senior leadership.
Sales Enablement: Access to sales collateral, proposal templates, lead magnets, case studies, and more.
Tools & Tech: Licenses for Apollo, Loom, Sales Navigator, Line2, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.
Incentive Structure: Extra bonuses and recognition for high performers.
Growth Potential: This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a long-term sales leadership path with Hook + Ladder.
Who We Are:

Our team thrives on big ideas, consistent execution, and a culture of accountability and creativity. We’re passionate about building a team of winners - people who show up, dig deep, and love helping others grow. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
