Position Purpose: The Manager, Performance Systems develops career development, talent planning, and performance management solutions that help build a high performing and engaged workforce at The Home Depot.
Key Responsibilities: Works with HR partners and business leaders to develop and implement: talent discussions and succession planning processes and tools for the enterprise; programs to support associate and leadership development programs; a common approach to Mentoring and Career Pathing; and all Performance Management related processes and tools.
