Position Purpose:

The payroll analyst position will be responsible for all aspects of processing payroll to ensure a timely and accurate delivery of payroll and related reporting for all Home Depot associates in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam.

Key Responsibilities:

25% Administer a high volume weekly payroll process utilizing a computer based system 20% Collect, analyze, update, and reconcile payroll and benefit data on a weekly basis 15% Serve as liaison between users, vendors, and I.T. to research and resolve issues 15% Create and implement auditing tools to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local authorities, and to eliminate erroneous payments 10% Contribute to SOX audit compliance 15% Frequently review error logs and transactions to ensure system is running as required
