Keep QuickBooks organized and up to date so the firm has dependable financial information available when needed.
Prepare recurring financial, reconciliation, and transaction reports using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Communicate clearly with legal and operational team members when information, approvals, or corrections are needed.
Identify unusual activity, missing documentation, or potential accounting issues and raise them proactively.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling client funds, financial records, settlement-related information, and internal business data.
