- We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Email & SMS Manager to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our retention marketing program.
This person will be responsible for building and managing our email and SMS calendar, developing flow and campaign strategies, working closely with our Email Designer, QAing campaigns before launch, analyzing performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve retention and revenue.
