Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter who will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and role types, from sourcing through to offer stage. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in full-cycle hiring within a fast-paced environment.

As a Recruiter at Hireframe , you will own the full candidate lifecycle — from sourcing to endorsement — across multiple active requisitions. You will report directly to the Recruiting Manager and will collaborate closely with account managers and US-based clients to understand hiring needs and ensure strong candidate alignment through a structured evaluation process. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on quality judgment, speed, and candidate experience.

You will be part of our Philippines-based recruiting team working US Pacific hours, operating in close coordination with recruiters, coaches, and operations.
