Media Buyer (Meta Ads) (BBS876)

We're looking for a Media Buyer to own paid advertising campaigns for a boutique performance marketing agency specializing in patient acquisition for health clinics and local businesses across the US. You will plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns, manage geo-targeted local ad strategies, brief UGC creators, and produce basic AI-generated creative assets — all while working from established SOPs and reporting results clearly and proactively.

This is not an ecommerce role. The agency runs lead generation campaigns for health clinics and local service businesses, and the ideal candidate understands the nuances of local targeting, health-related advertising compliance, and high-ticket patient psychology. If you have proven Meta ad buying experience, a local business or lead-gen background, and are comfortable using AI tools for basic creative work, this role is a strong fit.
