About Our Client
Our client is an AI-native global compliance platform built to replace the fragmented mix of EOR vendors, local law firms, point-solution tax tools, and spreadsheets that companies stitch together when they expand internationally. Their platform brings incorporation, entity management, indirect tax, transfer pricing, corporate tax, and accounting into a single system of record, with a conversational AI interface that lets finance and legal teams ask questions and execute compliance tasks in plain language. Trusted by companies operating across dozens of countries and SOC 2 Type II certified, they're positioning themselves as the operating infrastructure for any company running a global entity structure.
