B2B Software Sales Representative (BBS884)

We're looking for a B2B Software Sales Representative to be the first dedicated sales hire at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving field service and operations businesses. You will own the entire sales funnel end to end — from inbound lead response and outbound prospecting through discovery, demo, proposal, and close. This is not an appointment-setting role.

You will be the single sales seat reporting directly to the founder. That means full ownership of pipeline, CRM hygiene, SOP execution, and closing — software subscriptions and professional services packages both. If you are a proven closer who can work independently, follow a documented process without being micromanaged, and take genuine ownership of revenue outcomes in an early-stage environment, this role is a strong fit.
