The Global Distribution Team is an important function of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton 's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. It is critical to Hilton 's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Global Distribution team, you will report to the Sr. Director of Distribution Strategy, Americas. You will work on projects including account management, commercial negotiations with third parties, and establishing the guardrails for new channel engagement and growth in the CALA region.

Ensure successful integration of third-party channel initiatives into broader Commercial strategies
Provide subject matter expertise on the tracking, tagging, data management, and channel enablement needs of the third-party channels.
Monitor segment results and impact on pipeline goals, recommending processes, initiatives, and efficiencies to increase value

The pay range for this role is $130,000 – $175,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
