About High Scale
We’re High Scale — a future-focused, data-obsessed agency revolutionizing video advertising on TV and social media. Think Amazon’s obsession with customer experience meets SpaceX’s fearless ambition—that’s the DNA behind everything we do.
Our 160-person team of creatives, strategists, and innovators produces thousands of high-impact campaigns weekly for the world’s leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Sales VA who is hungry, organized, and ready to fuel our growth engine by filling the pipeline with high-quality leads.
Why This Role Matters
Pipeline, precision, and momentum are your playground. As a Sales VA, you are the first line of offense for our growth team. You aren't just an "assistant"; you are a lead generation machine. You enable our Account Executives to focus on one thing: closing deals.
By taking ownership of prospecting, CRM management, and initial outreach, you directly impact the agency's revenue. If you enjoy the thrill of the hunt, love organized data, and want to learn the inner workings of a high-performance sales organization, this is your launchpad.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and build targeted lists of potential clients (DTC brands in fashion, beauty, and tech) using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Crunchbase.
Verify contact information (emails, phone numbers) to ensure low bounce rates and high deliverability.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria (revenue size, ad spend, industry) before adding them to the pipeline.
CRM Management Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). Ensure every lead, contact, and deal is updated with the correct status and notes.
Move prospects through the sales funnel stages based on triggers and interactions.
Outreach & Appointment Setting
Assist with high-volume cold email and LinkedIn DM campaigns. Personalize templates to increase response rates.
Handle initial responses and scheduling, booking discovery calls directly onto the Sales Directors' calendars.
Conduct follow-ups with warm leads to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
Sales Admin Support
Prepare meeting briefs, research notes, and slide decks for upcoming sales calls.
Draft contracts and agreements using templates for review by the closing team.
Who You Are
A Lead Gen Specialist
1–3 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or business development (BDR/SDR support).
Familiarity with prospecting tools (, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is highly preferred.
CRM Savvy You know your way around a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive). You understand the importance of logging activity.
Excellent Writer
Strong English proficiency (C1/C2) is required. You will be writing emails and messages on behalf of the agency. Your grammar and tone must be flawless.
Organized & Relentless
You can handle repetitive tasks (data entry, scraping) without losing focus or accuracy.
You have a "hunter" mindset—you enjoy finding the right contact at a hard-to-reach company.
Tech-Fluent
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and email automation tools (Instantly, Lemlist, etc.).
Perks & Benefits
Growth Opportunities: Master the sales process and grow into a Junior Sales Rep or Business Development Representative (BDR).
Relentless Innovation Culture: Move fast, test constantly, and collaborate with some of the most creative minds in social media and video production.
High Scale is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and believe it’s key to building teams that change the world—one qualified lead at a time.
