Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

• Host and moderate podcast episodes professionally and engagingly
• Conduct interviews with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Maintain a friendly, conversational, and professional tone during shows
• Ensure smooth execution of recordings using Zoom or Zoho (training provided)
• Collaborate with the production team to enhance podcast content
• Promote inclusivity and encourage open dialogue during interviews

Requirements

• Must be able to read English fluently with proper pronunciation
• Strong spoken English skills with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of an audience
• Ability to converse naturally and adapt to different speaking styles
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for recording
• Basic familiarity with Zoom or Zoho (preferred but not required; training will be provided)
• Passion for hosting, storytelling, or media production
