About Headstarter
Headstarter has built a 120,000+ engineer community and works directly with some of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. on their most critical hiring decisions. We’re now turning that network into a high-signal talent platform that connects exceptional engineers with founders who are actively building. Our products sit on both sides of the marketplace: consumer experiences used by engineers and B2B systems used by founders, hiring managers, and startup teams. Design is a critical aspect of this, as it directly determines trust, conversion, and hiring outcomes at scale.
