HALOS is an advanced body camera and cloud software scaleup, working with some of the biggest names in security, services, and law enforcement. At HALOS, we're passionate about safety and innovation, constantly staying ahead of threats and reducing risk.
What sets HALOS apart is not just the cutting-edge technology we develop but the culture we've nurtured. Our team embodies openness, transparency, and a "one team" spirit. We're a group of passionate individuals, all working on exciting and impactful projects. Here, you'll find an environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and a shared sense of purpose.
Position Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers by selling HALOS solutions to organizations across the United States.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll own opportunities from discovery through close while partnering with Business Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience.
We're looking for a proven salesperson who is hungry, competitive, business-minded, and driven to win. You have a track record of building pipeline, creating urgency, and consistently closing business in a high-velocity sales environment. Success at HALOS requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a bias for action, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Our sales motion is fast-paced and high velocity. We build pipeline, create momentum, and move opportunities quickly. We operate with a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence—not just quarterly. Activity, pipeline, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and results are measured and reviewed continuously. We believe disciplined execution, coaching, and accountability drive exceptional performance.
This role isn't for everyone. If you're looking for a highly structured environment with narrowly defined responsibilities or a slower sales motion, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your effort directly impacts your success—and where exceptional performance is recognized and rewarded—we'd love to meet you.
