This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This role supports high-tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
• Deliver senior-level talent insights (availability, compensation signals, competitor mapping)
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
