About Neutron

Neutron is on a mission to unlock human potential by redefining finance, creating a fair and efficient financial system for everyone.

Home to an expanding array of cutting-edge Decentralized Finance (DeFi) applications such as Mars,Drop,Astroport, and others, Neutron is the industry’s first integrated blockchain.

Unlike generalized L1 blockchains that constrain mechanism design and provide generic infrastructure for all use cases regardless of an application’s needs, Neutron focuses exclusively on DeFi, furnishing DeFi primitives with highly-performant app-specific infrastructure. This tailored, integrated approach allows entrepreneurs to build new types of protocols that improve capital efficiency, profitability, and UX — all within a shared execution environment that ensures atomic composability.

How we work

We are community-obsessed. We are deeply committed to understanding our users' journeys and using that understanding to solve their problems.

We operate as a meritocracy where the best ideas win. We value thoughtful pushback in collaborative settings over blind agreement and unilateral, top-down decision-making.

We value agency and ownership. Contributors have the freedom to tackle complex problems in their own styles. This means trusting each other’s expertise and capabilities, taking responsibility for seeking help when needed, and holding yourself accountable when you make a mistake.

We are pragmatic. We dream big, think deeply about the objectives we are trying to achieve, collect information before drawing conclusions, assess the problem’s constraints, follow the processes that have worked for us in the past, and make calculated revisions to those processes when they are insufficient.

We love subject matter experts. We work with people who are the best at what they do.

What we offer:

• Large token allocation
• Remote work options
• Opportunities for international travel
• 28 voluntary paid days off per annum

Comprehensive benefits package including:

• Physical well-being program
• Mental health program
• Individual training & conference attendance program
• English studies program
• Co-working space reimbursement

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion:

We firmly believe in the strength of diverse and inclusive teams and are fully committed to providing equal employment opportunities. We actively seek out and hire the most talented individuals worldwide, regardless of gender, race, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, disability, or place of origin.
