Program Manager - California

The Healthcare Career Advancement Program ( H-CAP ) is a national Labor/Management organization that supports and promotes career ladder education for the healthcare workforce. H-CAP also staffs an affiliated 501 (c) (3) organization, the H-CAP Education Association (EA), focused on program and staff development of labor/management and union-based training partnerships in healthcare workforce development

H-CAP is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of a project to expand and support LMCC’s and to increase workforce capacity through training and career advancement opportunities. The Program Manager will work with the H-CAP team to ensure the organization is fulfilling all contract and grant requirements. The Program Manager will also work on projects to support H-CAP ’s labor/management board and the H-CAP Education Association. Travel to program sites is required.
