Software Engineer

GTX is an ETF market maker, quoting across European exchanges. We're a small team of traders, quants and engineers building the systems that price, hedge, and trade thousands of instruments in real time.

• Key responsibilities
• Design, build, and operate our ETF market making platform.
• Work directly with traders and quants to turn ideas into features across pricing, quoting, hedging, and risk management systems.
• Improve the reliability, resiliency, observability, and performance of our infrastructure
• Required
• 3-5+ years of software development in Java, Python, or C++
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, or similar)
• Experience shipping and operating services on cloud platforms (eg AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong programming ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Nice to have
• Exposure to trading, exchanges, ETFs, or other latency-sensitive systems
• Experience working with distributed systems or messaging systems such as Kafka
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
