About Growthline Partners
Growthline Partners is a business software and consulting firm serving SMB manufacturers, distributors, and project‑centric companies. We design and implement integrated enterprise platforms across Zoho, Salesforce, and Microsoft —bringing together CRM, project/accounting, analytics, and modern AI to drive measurable outcomes.
The Opportunity
We’re building an internal AI-powered SDR demo to showcase agentic automation for prospecting, outreach, CRM updates, and follow‑ups. The solution combines n8n for orchestration, Lyzr (agentic AI) for reasoning, Microsoft Graph for Outlook/Teams, LinkedIn enrichment, and Zoho CRM as the system of record . We need a hands‑on engineering lead to own backend integration—designing APIs, connecting tools, and standing up reliable workflows that can scale and be extended for client-facing implementations.
