THE ROLE
- We are looking for an Client Onboarding Concierge to help new customers successfully move through the first steps of their journey with us.
- This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a strong focus on phone communication, fast response times, and consistent follow-up.
You will welcome new customers, help them book their required calls, guide them through basic setup and activation steps, follow up when actions are incomplete, and make sure they are prepared and ready for onboarding.
