MD/DO - Remote Medical Director & Collaborating Physician

Grace Community Care & Homes is seeking licensed, board-certified physicians to provide medical direction and collaborate with nurse practitioners supporting planned mental-health and substance-use treatment programs.

This remote role offers flexible scheduling. Hours and responsibilities will be agreed upon based on the programs and clinicians you support.

What you would do

• Review clinical charts and answer clinical questions.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners.
• Help develop clinical policies and support program licensing.
• Participate in scheduled case reviews and quality improvement.

Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license.
• Current board certification appropriate to the services provided.
• Relevant mental-health or substance-use treatment experience.
