Director of Marketing (Remote | LATAM Only)

Summary:

We're hiring a Director of Marketing to lead growth and marketing strategy for a fast-growing U.S. real estate business.

This is not a traditional brand-focused marketing leadership role. We're looking for a growth minded, hands-on marketing operator who sees marketing as a revenue engine.

The right person will have strong experience in performance marketing, demand generation, paid media, funnels, CRM, conversion, and attribution , while also having the creative judgment to oversee brand, messaging, copy, and content.

You'll work directly with the CEO, lead an existing marketing team, and own the strategy and systems responsible for generating qualified leads and measurable revenue growth.
