We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. You will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience. Training on all GVW platforms will be provided. Responsibilities New business development – Follow up with client leads Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings

Advertise and update job openings on GVW’s career pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) Implement employee referral programmes (source new candidates to apply on GVW for existing open positions/networks.) Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites) Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes Preparing CV’s for submission to clients Interview candidates during various hiring stages, via virtual platforms.
