Cross-functional Project Manager requires:

Planned & executed large projects Taken accountability for project planning and management in a business or agency that implemented an extensive performance program across a fleet or multiple sites; Managed or supported a multi-skilled team that designed and implemented an enterprise-wide information systems project.

MS Project or Smartsheet, and methods (PMP, CPM/PERT, Agile/Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
