POSTITION SUMMARY:Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer and consistent with the mission of Girls on the Run International, the Vice President of Development is responsible for leading the organization's corporate revenue strategy and portfolio, with accountability for growing the overall $2M corporate portfolio and personally generating an individual annual contributed income goal of $1.2MM+ with a minimum of $625K in new contributed income each fiscal year.
This is a senior, externally facing business development role for someone with demonstrated ability to identify high-potential prospects, open doors to senior decision makers, develop compelling partnership opportunities, and move relationships from initial conversation to signed six- and seven-figure agreements. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter who is energized by building relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and closing significant partnerships. This position operates with a high degree of independence and is accountable for both process and results: anticipating next steps, identifying and addressing obstacles early, establishing clear priorities, and independently managing deadlines and commitments.
