PARALEGAL VA - Permanent work from home

This is a remote position.

We're now in the lookout for passionate and dedicated PARALEGAL Virtual Assistants to join our team!

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years of general virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Email management, Calendar management, travel/flights/hotel bookings, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone.

• At least 1 year of experience working for/with international law firms.
• Deep understanding of basic legal terminologies
• Adept in processing documents

Exceptional English communication skills

• Knowledge of navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps
• Experience in handling several CRMs.

HOME OFFICE SETUP REQUIREMENTS:

• Dedicated workstation/ workspace.
• Noise-canceling headset
• 50Mbps minimum internet speed
• PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.​
