Mission:

Our engineering team is known for solving problems that others consider impossible. Now we need a Marketing Guru who can do the same—but in the field of growth.

This isn't about “promotion” or glossy magazines. This is marketing as an engineering discipline of opportunity: analysis, hypotheses, experiments, and strategies that open up new markets before anyone else knows they exist.

You will work directly with the founders and leading engineers, turning technical excellence into a market advantage. Your task is to create a system for attracting new customers from complex and non-obvious domains.

Define marketing strategy and performance standards at the company level.
Conduct marketing as research and development: hypotheses → tests → results.
Ensure a predictable flow of new inbound leads from target markets (US/Europe).
Link marketing to revenue, integrate it into the sales and delivery cycle.
Manage the full cycle of marketing functions (analytics, content, brand, digital).
Take personal responsibility for results by creating a system rather than dependence on performers.
Key performance indicators
Creation of marketing assets
Timely development of new marketing and commercial materials: landing pages, posts, advertising campaigns, presentations.
Delivery time: up to 1 week from the moment the task is set.
Quality: engagement and conversion above industry standards (conversion > 3%).
Materials directly support the sales funnel and generate inbound demand.
Formation and verification of marketing hypotheses
A continuous process of generating and testing hypotheses about the audience, positioning, and channels.
Each hypothesis must be tested within 2 weeks with clear metrics (go/no-go).
We implement an evidence-based marketing approach: we measure, test, and scale.
Return on marketing investment (ROMI)
ROMI is no less than 10:1, with quarterly improvement in lead cost.
Analytics are based on CV, UV, CPL, and ROI metrics.
Budget optimization is achieved by prioritizing channels with maximum profitability.
Administrative and reporting discipline
Transparency and manageability of the process through accurate reporting, documentation, and metrics.
100% compliance with internal standards for reporting, documentation, and deadlines.
As the team scales, advanced performance and engagement metrics are added.
Brand recognition and awareness
Builds and strengthens Gehtsoft brand awareness in target markets (the US and Western Europe).
During the first 90 days, basic brand awareness metrics are established and growth is tracked.
The goal is to steadily increase brand awareness among target audiences.
Marketing and sales synergy
Works closely with the sales department to create a unified lead generation and conversion cycle.
Joint responsibility for achieving revenue and funnel filling goals.
