Job Description Summary

The Manager, Digital Platform Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across commercial digital platforms by ensuring platform stability, scalability, and disciplined execution of customer-facing programs and initiatives.

This role strengthens the platform operating environment through standardized processes, governance, and operational rigor while supporting a seamless customer lifecycle from early solution design through implementation, launch, and ongoing operations.

The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product R&D, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to translate strategic objectives into operational execution plans, maintain organizational readiness, and ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
