Remote Pharmacist

As aRemote Pharmacist Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive medication management plans, coordinating patient care services, and ensuring that individuals receive optimal therapeutic outcomes. In this role, you will consult with healthcare providers, evaluate patient clinical progress, and assist with the complexities of insurance claims.

Maintain precise and accurate records of patient pharmaceutical care, medication therapy reviews, and provider schedules.
