Role Overview
At G2i , we don’t just hire for AI — we build with it. We partner with leading AI labs and technical founders to create next-generation developer platforms, data tools, and operational dashboards that power the AI frontier.
As a Staff Engineer , you’ll set technical direction and raise the execution bar while building a high-performing team. You’ll guide architecture and delivery across modern full-stack systems (React 19 + Node.js), build durable engineering practices, and ensure we ship fast without sacrificing quality.
