Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Voice and Chatbots inCognigy.AI
• Implement and configure CognigyAI Agents and advanced conversational flows
• Develop and maintain dialog structures, intents, entities, and context handling
• IntegrateCognigysolutions with external systems , including APIs, CRM, and telephony platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Configure and improve NLU models , conversation logic, and fallback strategies
• Troubleshoot and optimize bot performance, latency, and conversation success rates
• Support deployment pipelines across Dev, Test, and Prod environments

Requirements

Hands-on experience with the Cognigy.AI platform

Strong knowledge of CognigyAI Agents

• Proven experience building VoiceBots / IVR automation
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and backend system integrations
• Solid understanding of JavaScript / Node.js for extensions, flows, and custom logic
• Experience with NLU concepts , including intents, entities, training, and tuning
• Familiarity with telephony integrations , such as SIP or Genesys
• Experience with JSON, debugging, and system integration patterns
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Fluent English

Strong communication skills in cross-functional teams
