Folks VFX Toronto is looking for an HR Manager to join our growing team. The HR Manager is a new role performing a range of HR duties. The person will work closely with Head of Studio of Toronto in administering the activities and project related to the Human Resources department.

This is a full-time permanent position with many opportunities for growth.

Responsabilities:

Oversee the day-to-day / operational HR activities; Responsible of the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing and follow-up with candidates); Manage employee relation issues and advise management on how to effectively drive and solve HR interpersonal challenges; Act as a resource for employees, supervisors and managers to answer all questions and concerns relating to administrative files, policies, procedures, processes and programs; Manage and guide supervisors with the annual review process; Perform other duties depending on the projects; Support the Head of Studio in the development, growth and needs of artists;
