Build hooks that stop the scroll in the first 3 seconds and cliffhangers that force the next episode.

Test new formats, read the data, and cut what doesn't work.
You're a fit if you Know what makes a story addictive: tension, clear stakes, emotion, payoff.
Have taste. You know the difference between good and cheap, and you won't ship cheap.
