We do it through Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): the research, content, distribution and optimization that build a brand's presence across LLMs, search, Reddit, YouTube and the sources they draw on.
The role
You lead a team of 5–8 strategists, specialists and a coordinator who deliver for a portfolio of enterprise clients: typically 7–12 clients and a $2–3M book. You're a strategist first. You turn each client's roadmap into a plan, run the team that delivers it, and review the work before it reaches the client. You run the client's working sessions and status calls every week.
