To apply for open positions, please visit our careers page, which is the fastest and most effective route to being considered.

What You’ll Bring to our Team Dynamics:

Strategic Thinking

Translates Foundant's North Star into a concrete strategy for scaling into government, public sector, and other emerging segments — building the playbook, list, and pipeline from scratch rather than inheriting an existing one

Performance Advancement

Sets a high bar for pipeline and revenue performance in a brand-new segment, using attribution and funnel data to catch what's working — and what isn't — before quarterly targets are at risk

• Decision-Making
• Uses evidence and a test-and-learn approach to make fast, well-reasoned calls on new channels and tactics in a segment with no existing playbook to fall back on

Collaboration and Learning

Builds real working relationships across Content, Product Marketing, Events, Sales, and RevOps — because a segment this new only scales if the whole team is pulling in the same direction
